Each personalized piece is made to feel thoughtful, useful, and a little bit heirloom from the start. Whether you are choosing a baby gift, linens for your home, or something special for someone you love, we want the process to feel simple and considered.
1. Choose your piece
Start by selecting the item you would like personalized — a guest towel, burp cloth, napkin, bag, or another Maison Renaud favorite. Visit the Personalization Shop to browse all items available for custom embroidery.
Each product page includes details such as size, material, care, and personalization. Embroidery is included in the price unless otherwise noted.
2. Select your embroidery style
Next, choose your monogram or embroidery style.
You can view our available styles in the Custom Embroidery Library, where you will find examples of lettering, monograms, motifs, and thread colors.
Some styles work best with initials, while others are better suited for names or shorter words. If you are unsure, choose the style you love most and leave us a note at checkout. We are happy to help when something needs a second look.
3. Enter your thread color
Enter your desired thread color or colors in the personalization box.
If your selected style uses more than one color, please tell us where each color should go. For example:
Maison Pink for the letters, Cherry Red for the bow
or
Letters in Dusty Blue, flowers in Maison Pink, leaves in Soft Green
4. Type your personalization exactly as you want it stitched
Please enter the letters, name, or monogram exactly as you would like it embroidered.
For monograms, letter order matters. Traditionally, a three-letter monogram is written as:
First initial / Last initial / Middle initial
For example, Mary Grace Renaud would be entered as:
mRg
If you prefer a different order, simply enter it exactly as you would like it stitched.
For stacked or interlocking monograms, the center letter is typically the larger last initial.
5. We make it for you
Each personalized item is made to order with care. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for fulfillment unless otherwise noted.
If your order is needed by a certain date, please reach out before placing your order so we can let you know whether we are able to accommodate your timeline.
6. Pickup or shipping
Local pickup is available in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Shipping is also available at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an update with pickup or shipping details.

Are personalized items returnable?
Because personalized items are made especially for you, they are final sale unless there is an error on our part.
Please double-check spelling, initials, thread colors, and style selections before placing your order.
Can I see a proof?
At this time, proofs are not automatically included unless listed as an option on the product page.
If you would like to request a proof, please include a note at checkout or reach out before ordering. Proofs may add time to the fulfillment process.
Can I use more than one thread color?
Yes, many styles can be stitched in more than one color. Please be specific when entering your thread colors so we know how you would like the design arranged.
For example:
Letters in Dusty Blue, flowers in Maison Pink, leaves in Soft Green
What if I do not know what style to choose?
That is completely fine. Our Custom Embroidery Library is a helpful place to start.
For baby gifts, names and softer motifs are always sweet. For linens, a classic three-letter monogram, single initial, or delicate crest is timeless. For gifts, consider the recipient’s style and how the piece will be used.
